Thank you for looking at my blog.

As you may or may not know ‘my health’ has been an huge ongoing issue for me for more than a few years now and has limited things I want to do including returning to standard employment, enjoying certain foods and living a normal life with my family (I will touch on this in greater depth in another post later on).

Reflecting on this, I knew I needed to sit back and look at my core values and match that to where my life was now…

I knew I wanted to be able to have a business where not only my health could be incorporated, but so could other people’s.

I want to use my years of research to help others improve their wellbeing through eating better and by reducing the amount of chemicals our bodies come in contact with.

I want to help people see that it’s a lifestyle change, not a fad, and totally easy to implement using small adjustments at a time.

I want to help make people aware of the benefits we can pass on to the planet by making life adjustments that in turn have made us more environmentally sustainable and ecologically conscious.

So, you ask. What am I going to do about it??

I am proud to bring you – Ecological Footprints.

Ecological Footprints is a sustainable living, allergy friendly, eco-friendly shop, focusing on chemical reduction, plastic reduction and working towards cleaner living on a whole.

Using my own experiences and years of research I am here to help others see how we can make a difference to the impact we have on our mind, body, spirit and health, while reducing our impact & footprint on the earth. Opening our minds to a lifestyle change, reducing our footprint, one step at a time!

I have a blog created to share wellbeing hints, tips and advice, allergy friendly recipies, and eco-friendly living advice with you.

My zero waste food shop is open (online during covid) with a vast selection of gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and nut free, zero waste food. All made in a safe environment and packaged in biodegradable/recyclable/compostable packaging.

Then on the more commonly known eco-friendly side of the business I have a selection for the whole family; furry pets included; of daily living products. This ranges from wooden toothbrushes to natural & organic toothpaste, biodegradable sponges to allergy freiendly cleaning products, skincare, haircare, kitchenware, bamboo tableware, the list goes on!

Now is the time to take the reigns back!!! Gone are the days of “I live with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue” No; they live with me! I’m in control and taking my power back!

Life is a roller coaster, its up to us to choose how we ride it!

Thank you for joining me on my journey!!

Jo is an entrepreneur, writer, and investigator for all things healthy for the mind, body, soul, and planet. And, not to dismiss, a long-term collector of allergies, intolerances, and chronic illnesses! In early 2020, after a stark realisation that her health was being impacted by her current direction in business, she redirected her career, using years of personal research and development to launch Ecological Footprints. A lifestyle brand for the whole family (furry kids included), selling a wonderful selection of plastic free, biodegradable daily living products, a food shop full of gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan foods, and a safe place for us all to explore her blog – her journey into eco-friendly sustainability, clean living to maintain health & chronic illnesses and yummy free-from recipies for all the family. When she’s not working you can find her spending time with her family, enjoying the countryside or in her little organic veggie garden!
